Hi I want to upgrade my phone for the new one but I'm wondering do I need to choose new data plan or I still can have my old plan because my contract expires next year

You can continue with the data plan you have by selecting the "I do not need a plan" box, then when your new phone arrives you just put the sim into your new phone.
