Upgrade

I've been trying to upgrade my mobile for months and been waiting on the upfront cost to come down. This month's upfront cost is double last month when another months came off the bill total. Why is this!

@Jock1843  I think it's simply Sky reserving their rights to change a the up front costs and b how they are taken

Have you gone through the process to place an order as it can be that an upfront cost is asked for if you have only just passed the credit check. The total you have to pay is then taken off the cost of the device.
