I have a Samsung watch and phone through sky, am i able to upgrade my watch and phone to apple?

If you are still paying for both so you are yet to pay either off in full then you should be able to upgrade:

Im with you for my phone and watch but would like to swap back to apple from Samsung

We are customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky.

If you don't want a new sim then make sure you select the "I do not need a new plan/sim" option.

If you are struggling with this then give Sky a call on the free 150 number to do it.

If sending a phone back to Sky then make sure you get and keep proof of delivery.
