Can anyone help me. I want to upgrade for the new iPhone which I can pre order as of Friday. However it says to send my old phone back within 2 weeks is that from when I've got my new phone or from when I've started the upgrade swap
I would guess that it is within 2 wees of receiving your new phone.

From previous expereince, the date is "roughly" from when it is signed for. Sky are thankfully quite forgiving if you are a little late on returning it, but don't take that as gospal.
