Upgrade

When I go to upgrade online I get an error message saying unfortunately we can't process my request online right now. 
please try again later or alternatively  view the status of your account. 
I try and do that but it just keeps loading. 
I have tried this for weeks so try again later doesn't work.

Your only option is to call Sky on 150 then.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
