Ive had an update to upgrade with no cost if i send my old device back which i dont mind doing. If i waited for the new iphone to be released in september with there then be a cost due to the new iphone being higher in price than the iphone 15 pro max?

Your monthly costs could be more as the newer iPhone will come with a higher price so spread out across the length of your contract will probably see you pay more for it via each bill.

Re: Upgrade

That's fine. I have no issue trading in my old device for the new one or the monthly payments increasing. But I meant as I have no fee to upgrade now when trading in , will I incur a trade in fee with new iPhone being more expensive. If that makes sense

The trade in fee is based on tne phone you are returning as is nothing to do with your new one.

When returning it make sure you get and keep proof of posting.

Re: Upgrade

Thankyou. It shows I have a certain amount left on my contract and my current phone is showing trade in value for that exact amount so that's why there is no trade in fee? Is that correct ? So this wouldn't change if I waited?

You are correct that is why there is no trade in fee.

As for waiting I would like to say but even if there is going to be a fee it shouldn't be much if you are planning on doing this next month.

The residual value of your phone is assessed upon returning based upon condition.  It may be more or less that the outstanding credit at the time
