Hey, the phone i was hoping to upgrade too,(iphone 14 pro plus, deep purple) doesnt seam to be avalible for me to upgrade too, is there any chance thats wrong? Or something that we could work around?

It might be worth calling Sky and seeing if they can put through the upgrade for you, the number to use is just 150.
