Upgrade with free google notebook

I upgraded my samsung mobile in August with the deal of inclusion of a google notebook with the upgrade. I haven't had any information on how to claim this or who I should contact. Any advice would be much appreciated.

You had to claim direct from Samsung - I suspect you're now too late to claim.

 

Someone else will probably post the link/confirm.

As stated above by @shirleysharp you are to late now as you had 30 days from receiving your mobile to get your claim in as per this link:
