Unlatch my phone

I have used the PAC code and didn't realise it was still connected to sky. I though I had moved back to previous provider. I have paid the outstanding amount on my account and I still cannot use my phone. I've spoken to my provider and it apparently needs to be unlatched from Sky how can I do this when I can't call them. I have a disabled child and my phone is of paramount importance and to not have use of it since Thursday is ridiculous. On Thursday I had to get another PAC code from Sky. Not happy about being held to ransom by this company.

Sky can be contacted via social media if for whatever reason you are unable to call them as there are links to their social media sites at the bottom of this page. They can also be contacted via WhatsApp.
