I want to swap/upgrade my mobile but it keeps says I am unable to swap, I was under impression that I could swap after 2 years anyone help please?

If you have a Swap24 contract then you'd normally do this at 2 years where your device should hopefully cover the outstanding credit and you can start a whole new contract.
If it's not working online then call Sky on 150 to do it.

I have tried calling this number however it is only a automated thing, anyone have a number that I can speak to a human please? Tried several 0333 numbers and still no luck
