Upgrade phone

Been told I can upgrade on 5th Jan. but looking on app says the value of my current phone is equal to what's left on credit agreement. But it also mentions an £12 upfront cost. Any way to upgrade now and not have to pay upfront cost or just hope the advisor is feeling generous to get commission?

AIUI those costs are not negotiable.

 

Also. The residual value of your current device is subject to inspection/condition.

 

You can call Sky on 150 and see what options you have.

The £12 upfront cost will be taken off what you will be paying for the device over the length of the contract so you can not avoid paying this if you do place the order.
