Applying for amobile

Hoping someone could help or if someone could give me the number to speak to a human!

I applied for a iPhone 17 pro max yesterday and a watch, got to the contract signing and my daughter took the phone while I was getting my bank card to pay the up front fee £160, she clicked off of the page so I had to start again, now I can't pass the credit check and have to pay the full amount.

is there a way I can still get the products without paying all the money up front?

@Leanne194  Speaking to a CS adviser won't get you around the credit check results, if it comes back as failed it will do the same if you call, they won;t be able to override it either.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
