Upgrade phone

My contract has just expired and I would like to upgrade my phone please

i would like to know the cost and also how to transfer all data from my present iPhone

Hi @Verity45  if your phone is paid off you simply go to sky.com and choose and order a new phone (you can't upgrade once it's paid off). You don't need a new sim just use your old one.

Given Apple currently has model variants spread over a £1000 price range (£499 to £1500+) that's really not possible to say here.

If by this you mean you have paid off this phone then it can not be upgraded as you can only do this when it is being paid for. So you will have to pls e an order for a new one.
