I'm trying to upgrade my phone and last week there was an option to choose 'no data plan', which has now gone. I have lots of data in my piggybank and was planning to use that and keep the same sim/number. I rang Sky to make sure that was possible and they said, yes. However i'm now unable to do it in the upgrade process - is it possible?
