Upgrade online restricted

Hi 

I'm trying to upgrade our mobiles online and it just keeps coming up as not available as account is restricted. Spent 90 mins on phone with sky on Saturday and told no restrictions on account as always paid on time. Didn't get a resolution as waiting to complete paperwork to escalate and called dropped and no call back. Do not want to upgrade by phone as want to see all the details in front of me. Does anyone have a solution as I can't face calling them again.

You will have to contact them about this so try an alternative and that is to use social media as there are links at the bottom of this page along with facebook messenger that they can be contacted by.

Tried sky on Facebook but just a virtual assistant that can't help. Totally frustrated
