Upgrade offer - unable to redeem

I recently chose to upgrade to a Pixel 9 Pro in order to redeem the offer of size months Premium AI plan as my basic iCloud and Google storage are both reaching the limit. I received the Pixel Pro last week but did not set it up until late last night and now am unable to redeem the offer as it needed to be redeemed before 16th November (I know- I should have checked and done it sooner!) Without the offer, I would rather stick with my iPhone. Do you think there is any flexibility to extend the offer?

If the offer is not showing anymore then I think there is no chance of it being extended. You do have a cooling off period of 31 days for receipt of the phone to change you mind and return it so you would need to call Sky to start this process and if you do return it make sure you get and keep proof of posting.
