Upgrade not new Sim

I thought I was upgrading my current plan to a new 10g per month Sim but I appear to have got another Sim. What can I do?

Any new SIM you order will be in addition to any existing SIMs you have (with a new phone number).

 

You can change your current dataplan by managing your SIMs in your account (only to plans available to you).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You will need to call Sky on 150 if you have activated this new sim and ask them to cancel that one or you other one (if you had this for 12 months or more), the new sim will come with a new number.
