I am eligible to upgrade my phone in August, would I be able to upgrade before that? What would the process be would I need to pay off outstanding bill on this phone before it would they just add it to the balance outstanding

Hi @ShellBell26 yes you can upgrade early provided you pass the credit check and any outstanding balance is added to the next bill after your swap has completed.
