Hi @JACKCHARMAN you can only trade in data to get a small amount off the monthly payment (last time I checked I think it was 50Gig for £10 off the total cost so a few pence per month). You can't trade in more than that. So what issue are you having ?

There's a very limited amount of data you can use for an upgrade nowadays.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
