Upgrade mobile phone

I have done 24 months of a 36 month contract and am looking to upgrade my phone but it says I'm not eligible.

Call Sky on 150, they should be able to process that for you.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi I'm not on sky mobile just have my contract with them for my phone so 150 does not work.
