Upgrade iPhone 13pro

Hello good morning today is my upgrade day well I'm assuming it is because the contract date on my iPhone 13pro ends today, I was wondering why it won't give me the option to upgrade?

If your contract actually ends then you cannot swap - you have to do this before it ends...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
