@Raghuy  Have you looked at the breakdown of charges on your bill?

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you have a dataplan then you are billed every month regardless of any usage.  (The unused portion goes to your piggybank)

 

...or where you roaming in another country?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
