Upgrade gone wrong

I thought I was doing an upgrade on my device but I now have a new phone and a new sim? 

I now have 2 sims in my sky account but I haven't activated the new one as I want to keep my number 

 

How do I now send my old phone back?

 

I think I done it all wrong!!

You will need to call Sky from your mobile on 150.

 

If you don't activate the new sim then you will not be charged for it.
