Upgrade from sim only to device
I want to upgrade from a sim only 30 day rolling contract to a device but not giving me the option on app. How can I upgrade as its declining me when applying

@Jeffcantle77 There is no "Upgrade" route from sim to device, you simply need to purchase the device while logged into your existing account.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you do not pass the credit check then that's it.
