Upgrade device as gift for christmas

Hi, As the title suggests am looking to upgrade my sons phone from a Samsung a12 to a Google pixel pro 9 or 10. But I'd like to keep the device as a gift until Christmas morning? Is this possible and how do I go about it? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Southcoast35  are you wanting to swap and send his phone back to pay off the remainder of the contract or just get him a new phone. 

If it's the first option you have a two week window once you receive the new phone to send the old one back. If it's the second option just order the phone and put it away til Christmas, then just transfer the sim into the new phone on Christmas Day.

You can upgrade the phone whenever you want. Billing for the new one will start as soon as you have received it.

If you don't want a new sim then make sure you select the "I do not need a new plan/sim" option.

If you are struggling with this then give Sky a call on the free 150 number to do it.

If sending a phone back to Sky then make sure you get and keep proof of delivery.
