Upgrade / change plan

Hi, 

 

I've got about 2 months left on my contract. I want to upgrade but look at changing my plan as well. 
I'm  keeping the handset so know I need to make a payment to clear the last two payments.  I just need to know if I do that do I just choose another plan and port my number to the new plan. Hope that makes sense.  Thanks in advance.

To pay the device off you do need to call Sky on 150 so that can process the payment for you.

 

To change the plan you can do that against the sim you have now as it is not possible to move a number from one Sky sim to another Sky sim without going elsewhere first.
