Upgrade - Max 5 Devices

I have 5 devices on my account which is the max. 
I have just paid the final balance on one of the devices, so should be able to take on another device? 
I keep getting an error message saying I'm at the max.

Presumably you're referring to a mobile so I've moved your post to the Mobile board.

 

They only drop off your account (eventually) if returned to Sky. If it's stopping you adding a new device call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.

You will need to call Sky on 150 to have them place the order for you.
