Upfront payment refund issue

Hi

 

i have received the upfront payment refund message after 7 days when i ordered the iPhone 16 pro max.

 

still after receiving the message of payment processed its almost 3 days but still not received the payment.

 

almost 10 days completed when I have made the payment and message received from the sky almost 3 days.

 

any system for sky or its fraud company that taking the payment and not giving back after so long time. If you don't want to give the plan and offer than why are you deducting the people money.

Your post isn't very clear. Could you have failed the required credit check(s)? If so see this link for Skys guidance ~

In such circumstances any upfront payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded after about 14 days.
