PAC code

I recently took out a contract with sky mobile in my name. I'm wanting to keep the number I had in the pervious contract which was under a different name. I have transferred the number out of sky after under standing you can't do PAC code from sky to sky.  However I'm now trying to transfer the number into the new sky mobile contract it's coming up with 'sorry there's been a problem, We can't transfer your number at the moment. Please try again.' 

 

any ideas why this keeps occurring?

You'll need to call Sky on 150 - they should be able to inititiate it.

I'm having the exact same problem. Looks like it's a problem at Sky's end. I rang 150 and they were still having problems with issuing the PAC. They told me they will escalated it to the back office team.
