Unwanted Sky Mobile account

I have not ordered a Sky mobile account or a phone. I have recerived mulptiple emails welcoming me and telling me how to set up my eSIM. I have received two mobile phones which I have returned and appear to have another two on the way to me. This is not acceptable - thinking of leaving Sky.

Where and how did you return them?

I suspect you may be a victim of a scam.

@RobinMellows  It sounds like your account has been taken over as per this link Account Takeover | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

Where did you return the phones to, did you return them to Sky as per the address on the link above?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
