Hello, I have tried eight times now to sign up for the 15€ a month unlimited plan and every time I try I get an email saying that my plan has been cancelled immediately after I receive my confirmation email. I have tried several times now, trying both transferring my previous number and not, trying both E-Sim and Physical sim, and nothing seems to work as every single plan has been cancelled immediately. I checked my payment details several times and there is no problem with them. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Find out moreA credit check will be undertaken when you sign up for a sim so can you be sure that you are not failing this check even if you have another one with them this can still happen. I think you are best calling Sky Ireland about this to see if they can say for sure why this is happening.
