Is it possible to keep my sim but cancel unlimited calls and texts, essentially making it a pay as you use function for this aspect? If so how do I go abput it please?

£10 is a legacy charge where this was waived if you had TV as well.

However, 'unlimited' calls and texts became included for everyone.  This was done by way of a compensating £10 discount that reduced it to £0.

But there have been some reports of this discount not being applied.  If not, then you need to contact Sky - a considerable credit could be due...

Hi @cheesymonkey  no that's not something that's possible with sky, all sky plans have a monthly payment.

Re: Unlimited calls and texts

Thanks. I expected as such. Annoying as I pay more for the unlimited calls and text (which I don't use) than the data.

@cheesymonkey

Where are you seeing this because as @63johnw said, all calls and texts are free with any Sky sim so are you saying you are bing charged this £10 ?

@cheesymonkey

You need to get in touch with Sky about that as it isn't right, call them on 150.
