Unexpected bill

Hello. I am really confused and upset. I have 3 contracts with you and been with you for over 20 years and ive never had such a high bill and I am unsure why. I have checked the bill and I called a hotel in America and been charged £112 for the 3 short calls. I really didn't know this would be the charges otherwise id have never called. Could you offer any support please.

Hi @LittleMiss666  no one here can offer anything as it's not sky CS and its customer helping customer. You could call sky to ask if they are prepared to offer any sort of goodwill gesture but as the calls are genuine and made by you then they will probably refuse.

Sorry but you are talking to other customers here and not Sky support so did you actually make these calls because if so you will have been charged international rates seeing as this hotel wasn't in the UK and your sim package gives you free access to UK landlines and mobiles and not those in foreign countries.

How short?

 

Calls from a mobile to USA are £3.50 per minute.  That would indicate around 30 minutes?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
