Understanding payment

I payed an outstanding payment on the app and I still receives immediately of payment declined on my bank app

 why is it not reflecting that I have paid

You shouldn't have to make a manual payment so you would need to ask your bank why they are declining the payment you made if the funds are available.. The reason you shouldn't need to make such payments is because you should have a payment method set up on your account that Sky will take your bill from each month with no action needed on your part.
