I got a message saying I'm low on data this month.I thought my data rolled over

Your data resets on your billing date each month.

 

If you are new to Sky Mobile then your first data allowance is less than usual as what you get is based on the number of days before it resets, after that you will get your full allowance each month.

 

If you have any spare data in your piggybank you can roll this to your device.
