Unauthorised payment

I cancelled my contract within the 14 day cooling off period. I have sent back the handset and ha

ve received confirmation that the handset is in your possession and the contract is cancelled . However on 2nd July you took £27  from my account which was not the deal and I need it refunded immediately. Catherine Lowe

The bill would have been created before you cancelled it so now you have done this do you see a credit on what will have been your next bill because if you do once this bill has been paid you can have the credit refunded.
