Unable

Been trying to get an upgrade since the 9th of December. Sky promised to call me back saying there is an error on my account VIP member 27 years plus. Any help would be appreciated

Hi

No, I'm afraid not. When they or I try, it just throws up an error page and doesn't refresh. I'm hoping for a call back tomorrow, fingers crossed🤞
