Discussion topic: Unable to use the internet while on call.

I have a iphone 14 pro and while im on a call im unable to use the internet, as soon as I end the call the internet comes back. Is this a setting within the phone or the sim? I have googled it and tried a few different settings but still nothing.

Any advice would be great

Hi @123Neil there is no advice at the minute. Sky have been made aware of this issue and are investigating.

Did you ever get an answer to this. I'm having the same issue at the moment and it's frustrating as hell. Maps not updating whilst I'm on a call and getting stuck in traffic is the most frustrating part.
