Roll over data new phone purchase

Hi if I try to upgrade my iPhone using the apple app my sky, it states exchange data of which I have ample to do this get £40 off any new apple phone, however when you progress to choose device it will only let me apply enough data for £25 off, any ideas why or do you have to do it over the phone to Sky.

There are limits on what you can use so if £25 is the most then that is all you can use to save some money on the upgrade.

Thanks But it states on the offer and I have a photo that states £40 offer off any new apple phone doesn't specify certain apple phones

You could try calling Sky on 150 tomorrow to see if they can apply the £40 offer.
