Unable to use mysky whilst travelling (uk) keeps saying sky mobile not allowed to use mobile data.

Why is mysky not allowed to use mobile data, this keeps coming on my screen when I try to use outside my home. I'm having the same problem with sky-go, again error code 00-1 appears on my app.

I've spoken to a Sky rep and was told it was a mast problem and the issue was solved. Surprisingly a week later while working away AGAIN same problems arrrrrrrrrrrrrr
