I can't access the internet or anything that involves data on my phone. I can make calls and send normal texts if they are done off of signal rather than data.
I have updated the settings and can't see an issue in my area

Thank you it appears to be working again now. I'm not sure if it was an issue in the area or the setting kicked in but it's solved!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAfter getting the settings sent to your phone did you try a reboot, if you did and there are no issues showing in your area perhaps it is worth ordering yourself a replacement sim:
