Unable to use data in Australia
Hi there
just got into Australia and although I have the 4G icon, I can't connect to data servives
such as WhatsApp or browse the internet etc.
Tried the APN settings download and install and then powered off and on again, but it's still not working.
All OK when connected via local Wifi.
I'm using an iPhone 11
Any ideas at all please?

Have you got your iphone to manually search for other networks to see if you can connect to any of them ?

Thanks so much for your reply.
I think I might have resolved the issue.
Although I had checked all settings and powered off the phone and back on, I hadn't put it in Airplane mode and back again.
I did this and then it started working. I'm hoping that was the fix.
If it goes wrong again or if for some reason it's a false positive, I'll update this discussion.
