New Mobile Number

My current mobile needs to be changed to a new one due to fraud, how do I go about this.

If you have had it more than 12 months just order a new sim when logged into your account (don't accidentally order a replacement). It will come with a new (but almost certainly recycled) number. When its activated call Sky on 150 to cancel the old number.

Otherwise Sky won't change it unless the incidents have been reported to the police and you have a crime number.
