Unable to upgrade your device

I'm no longer with Sky for my data and have an eye SIM card , but I'm still paying off my mobile but can't upgrade apparently. 
Any ideas

How long do you have left before you have paid off the credit agreement on the phone ?

All you can do is to call Sky for help on this.
