Hello Everyone,
So I've been using a SKY physical SIM for sometime in an iPad Pro. I bought the new iPad Pro from Sky of which I didn't realise only uses an eSIM.
I attempted to transfer my physical SIM to an eSIM but no code received - even when I placed the physical SIM in a mobile phone.
Contacted SKY who reset the physical SIM and completed trouble shooting with no positive effect.
SKY support could not send a code to the physical SIM to transfer it to an eSIM to enter in the SIMless iPad Pro.
Any advice on what to do here?
