Hi,
I can't reply to short code numbers (for example today fm) to opt in/out of whatever services they offer etc. I can send the text but don't get a confirmation that it's received. From what I know the provider needs to enable it on their end but there's no number to contact sky mobile Ireland. Anyone manage to solve this?

Hi I seem to have missed that reply - I am still unable to use short code. The message sends, but i dont get a confirmation text back so i assume it is not being received.
