Unable to sign CCA

I am trying to buy an ipad and keep getting the below error message and nobody at SKY is able to help. The internet is filled with several people raising the same complaint. There has got to be some way to solve this? Get the below error message ->

Sorry, we have been unable to sign your CCA, please try again later.

You will have to contact Sky to see if they can email this to you.

You mean email the CCA and physicall sign?

Yes, send it via your email address for you to access.

Sky asked me to try signing using a  new browser, reset password for email address, switch off wifi, cancel & reorder , try on website on laptop and on phone via sky app.

It takes me to the same SKY page and it does not work. Does not matter if the link is sent via email or on the phone. The link is not the problem. When i read the CCA and tick the box at the end to confirm , it gives the above error message.

There is nothing us customers can do for you via here so again you will need to contact them about this.

This is my first time posting here. I have escalated the issue with Sky. Google search shows similar issues with signing CCA have been going on for a while.
