I made an order earlier today, and have paid for the upfront value already, but whenver i open the "my order" page it says it's not working and to get into contact, i've tried signing out and back in a few times, anything else i can do to fix that?

hi it now says "we're sorry that didn't work, please call us for an update on your order"
i'll give the call a go and hopefully that'll fix it 🙂
