Unable to receive calls from Landlines

I wonder if anyone else is experiencing issues receiving phone calls from Landline numbers. Reciveing a call from a mobile phone is fine.

Multiple instances that various different landlines can't get through to my mobile number. Sometimes it just rings out but my mobile doesn't ring. Sometimes it says this number isn't available right now or similar other times simply doesn't ring.

Issue been ongoing now for nearly 2 weeks with no resolution and it's becoming more critical as missing calls from hospital and schools etc....
