Tried to change my number and they said it would be up and running by 23rd September 2024 but it's now the 26th and won't let people call or text me

@caesarome Yes they just keep saying it will be another 74 hours max, I can call out just no one can call me or text me I can't even log on to my banking apps

So the issue is your number has transferred but for some reason you can not call out, you will just have to keep asking for an update.

and my banking apps require my number to send me text to verify it's me
